A definition of connection is a relationship in which a person, thing, or idea is linked or associated with something else (oxford dictionary).

Human connection is the sense of closeness and belongingness a person can experience when having supportive relationships with those around them.  A keyword in that sentence is “supportive”.  When each person feels valued, seen, and heard, then people gain the well-being benefits of connection.  But especially in this time period, how can you make/keep connections?
