Now is definitely the time for making sure self-care is a priority to be our best selves not only at home but at work too. Self-care is focused on improving one’s own health. This can seem impossible or not important with the volume of work to be done for others. Yet, the truth is you can’t help others if your health (mentally and/or physically) is depleted.
