Conflict is a sign that something is trying to happen.  The best ideas and outcomes are from diverse experiences and contributions, thus conflict.  Unfortunately, many individuals and teams try to avoid conflict.  In reality, what we really want and should avoid is drama.  This livestream focuses on how avoided conflict turns into drama and what is an option to keep conflict from becoming drama.
