The time has come to officially announce my new company: Ignite Insight + Innovation!
In April 2020, the Agile For All team came together to discuss the unexpected chaos of the COVID-19 pandemic that presented us with both challenges and opportunities. We agreed to honor the past five-plus years together but acknowledged that a change to our team was likely by the end of the year. I had contemplated returning to a practitioner role, as well as starting a company, for some time. After many discussions and much soul-searching, I made the choice to start my own business. I’m super excited, but also a little sad. I’m beyond grateful to my Agile For All family. I know that I wouldn’t even be able to take this step without all of their teaching, support and encouragement. Luckily, I get to partner with anyone, so although a chapter is closing, the relationships will continue.
Ignite Insight + Innovation is focused on providing authentic partnerships in igniting exceptional results by believing all problems can lead to opportunities and anything is possible for inspired and skilled people.
I will be completing any scheduled work with Agile For All through the end of the year.
Then come 2021, the new adventure begins!
