I may have a theme starting for my final post of the year…post-it related present:

Ready? I must warn you this one is not as earth-shattering but still valuable.

Always – ALWAYS – write using a sharpie or marker on post-it notes.  Why you might ask?  First, people can read it from a distance.  If you have a bunch of people around a wall chart with post-it notes, but some are in pen – people have to get closer to read.  Second, people can’t write a book.  The goal is for a post-it note to spur conversation, not to tell people to read the post-it.

BOOM!

See you in 2020, this lady is offline for the rest of the year!

All the best,
Tricia
