I do not have many public training offerings during the year. I have a tendency to fill my schedule with client work and private training requests. However, I did set a few for 2018:

Agile Leadership: Leading Amazing Teams January 17-19, Denver

Agile Leadership: Leading Amazing Teams April 24-26,  San Fran

Agile Leadership: Leading Amazing Teams July 18-20, Denver

Agile Leadership: Leading Amazing Teams September 25-27,  McLean, VA

I’ve written quite a bit about how much I am in love with this new course.  If you are a leader wanting to foster high performing teams, this is the course for you to learn how coaching can help unlock growth.  This is where Jake and I will be spending most of our time focused on helping leaders.

Certified ScrumMaster November 1-2, Denver

For everyone that knows my stance on certifications, this could seem like a strange public training that I’m giving. A major change had to do with my understanding of what could be in a Certified ScrumMaster course. I’ve seen too many that focus on the basics of Scrum (which is good) but not on what it truly means to be a ScrumMaster. It’s not an easy role and one that I’m passionate about helping people learn.

Training from the BACK of the Room November 14-15, Denver

I’ve written quite a bit about the value learning the art of training has brought to my leading and speaking abilities – so I won’t repeat it. I’ll just say, you should attend 🙂

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to message me.  Back to my regular scheduled weekly posts next week.
