Unfortunately, saying thank you seems to be an after thought more and more. So at least once a month, I will take a few minutes to publicly appreciate someone that has had an impact on me.
This round: Shannon Ewan
I met Shannon when I joined Santeon in 2013. Although, we worked for the same company, we didn’t have many opportunities to work together. Fast forward ~2.5 years, where we both are doing work for a client in LA. For the past year, I’ve had the pleasure of frequently working with Shannon.
Being in the world of Agile Coaching, often means being solo. Yet, this opportunity provided true collaboration on many fronts. We’ve taught classes together. We’ve updated classes together. We’ve created classes together. Now, just working together is one thing but this has been an effortless partnership and support. I’m so grateful that we finally got the chance to truly work together. I’ve learned so much and appreciate our many conversations!
So as you move back to the east coast, know that you’ve had a wonderful impact on me. Until next time 🙂
