Unfortunately, saying thank you seems to be an after thought more and more. So at least once a month, I will take a few minutes to publicly appreciate someone that has had an impact on me.

Agile 2015 track pair-chairs have two big sections of work. The first is evaluating and recommending sessions to build the program (which is what we just finished). The second is supporting their track during the conference.
