Unfortunately, saying thank you seems to be an after thought more and more.  So at least once a month, I will take a few minutes to publicly appreciate someone that has had an impact on me.

This round:  Jeremy Raleigh

As much as I am a people growth focused individual, I don’t always think to do the little things that could absolutely make someone’s day.  Heck, I do this post monthly just to continuously remind me.  It’s not that I’m not appreciative.  It’s not that I don’t acknowledge or consider it.  But I often express my gratitude in that exact moment and do not think about how I could do something little every so often just because.

I’ve been lucky enough to work with several people who absolutely school me in this area.  Jeremy is one of them.  He not only thinks about these moments but finds the time to act on them.  The most amazing part is that I don’t even think he really does it because he knows how much it would make my day but because he feels it just makes sense to share his appreciation.
