Upon taking the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) course, the following is true:
- As a Trainer, I must share Personal Data with Scrum Alliance, Inc. (SAI), specifically name and contact information, to allow the Data Subject to obtain the certification they seek, if earned, and to monitor class attendance
- SAI has a legitimate business interest in processing the Personal Data to award any earned certifications and to monitor class attendance
- SAI is located in the United States and that the Data Subject’s name and email address will be transferred to and processed in the United States
- SAI’s processing of their Personal Data is covered by the terms of SAI’s privacy policy available on the Scrum Alliance Sites (“Privacy Policy”)
