I’m always surprised how many people express “I don’t need to learn how to train.  I don’t do what you do as a leader.” Then following up with something along the lines of “I have to be in everything, I’m the expert.”.

Leaders that remain the most knowledgeable means that their teams are unable to achieve high-performing results.  That expertise is incredibly valuable but only if leaders learn how to effectively transfer that knowledge to others (i.e. training).  This livestream focuses on top tips for training skills specific to leaders.
